Customers will have 3 days from the time the order is placed to download content. Please do not use a proxy. If the ip changes during the download process you will be blocked. Use a device connected directly to the web via modem rather than wifi or data link. Customers are allowed to download content from 1 ip address only. Failure to follow these directions will result in download errors I may not be able to fix.
